  • Defending a major multinational producer of cement asbestos in relation to over 2,000 claims brought against the company for asbestos-related deaths and illnesses. Representation includes both the civil and criminal aspects of the matter.
  • Defending an individual with regards to charges of tax fraud and tax evasion stemming from the international sales of television rights.
  • Representing a leading manufacturer of transportation systems with all corporate and commercial matters including major acquisitions and public bids.
  • Advising the client – the managing company of one of southern Europe’s largest logistics parks – on all corporate and commercial issues relating to the operations of the park.
  • Defended multiple individuals in the mani pulite (“clean hands”) investigation.
  • Litigated over 1,000 trials and appeals.
